When creating the PDF with CommonLook Office, Presenter Notes, if present, will not be tagged and, as a result, they will not be read by screen readers.
If there are Presenter Notes that you'd want someone reading the PDF of your PowerPoint to have access to, consider including that information in the actual content on the slide. (This would, in fact, benefit all users, not just those using assistive technologies!)
