Unsupported features issue is an error that extends from Microsoft Office. Currently, there are many features available in Word that are not compatible with the current accessibility standards, which in turn are unavailable in CommonLook Office. We require some specific information when working out Unsupported Features issues:
- The document that is throwing the Unsupported features issue.
- The event logs from the crash.
- Open your start menu.
- Search “Event Viewer” and open it.
- Look on the left side for Windows logs and then select application.
- A list will generate. Please look for red errors and copy the information in the general tab, or highlight the related event logs and choose "Save Selected events" on the right hand side of the window.
If you encounter an Unsupported Features issue, we please ask you to send all of the above 2 items to Support@allyant.com so that we can address the issue fully.
