The Object reference issue is a broad issue spanning multiple areas of the document and how CommonLook interacts with that specific area. While we have fixed many Object Reference areas in the past, we still see this issue come up from time to time. We require some specific information to work out an Object Reference issue:
1. The document that is throwing the Object Reference.
2. The event logs from the crash.
3. As detailed as possible steps to recreate the crash. (what happened leading up to the crash)
If you encounter an Object Reference issue, we please ask you to send all of the above 3 items to Support@CommonLook.com so that we can address the issue fully.
