Getting Started

Important: Look for one email from no_reply@allyant.com containing your login code.

Step 1: Accessing Your Software

• Visit the login page.
  • Upon visiting, you will be prompted to set up your password for the first time (email the Support Team for assistance).

Provision Licenses

If you are an Organizational Admin, ensure a list of users is provided to Allyant to provision licenses and access. If not already completed, please email the Customer Success Team and provide the following information for all who require a license:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

  • Access hundreds of articles to learn how best to use our tools to create accessible documents.

  • We host free live training sessions multiple times throughout the month. 
    • For a class calendar and to register, visit our training calendar.
  • Recommended classes for CommonLook PDF:
    • Attend the Introduction to the Simplified Editor
    • Attend the Introduction to the  Advanced Editor
    • Upon completion of the first two sessions, attend the Stepping Stones Sessions
  • Our team also hosts Office Hours
    • These live workshops provide an opportunity to answer your specific questions. Bring your documents to work through issues, or just attend and learn.
      

• Access Allyant Training Portal

  • A paid feature: pre-recorded, self-paced training modules.
    • If you purchased 'CommonLook Training Modules', you should have received another email from no_reply@allyant.com containing your registration code.
