Browser Troubleshooting:

We have found that Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome work well for taking the online training. Some clients, however, have had issues using Firefox in that the training modules are very slow to open.  

We recommend using Edge or Chrome if at all possible.

 

Content isn't displaying correctly:

If content is not displaying properly in your browser, it might be helpful to try the following:

  1. Clear your History and/ or your cache,
  2. Make sure your browser is up to date. 

 

Why is there a "lock" icon?

The CLU system displays all of the training modules that have been created for each product (CL PDF and CL Office).  However, depending on the training that was purchased by your organization, you may not have access to all of the training we make available.  If, for example, your organization has only purchased training for CL Office, while you'll see the list of the CL PDF modules we've created, there will be a lock icon shown, indicating that your access code does not provide access to a particular training module.
