If you're testing your document against PDF/UA, you may, on occasion, get an error telling you that "An Optional Content Configuration entry does not define the Name entry."
Optional Content Configurations can be technical but the important thing to know is that this error can easily be solved using the Fix Wizard.
When you choose "Fix," you'll get a dialog box asking you to provide a name. Simply enter a name and hit "Finish." (Note: The name can be anything you want it to be.)
